Ok, there's an awesome program out there that some of us use to host plug-ins. It's cheap and absolutely wonderful for routing ADAT out of a stand-alone recorder, then routing through the plug and back into your recorder. The program is called Console. Not sure if you've heard of it, but it only runs around $55. The site is http://console.jp/en/index.html.
If you're into routing effects through your computer, this is the program to have. Simple to use and very CPU friendly.
